Ice Cream

For as long as I can remember ice cream has been my favorite dessert.  As a child anywhere I went, it was my dessert of choice.  That hasn’t changed into my adult hood and at my peak I was going through a quart of ice cream a week because I enjoy it so much. What has changed is I got an ice cream machine and I now can make ice cream on a whim

Since getting an ice cream machine I've started exploring the world of ice cream and learning just how much goes into the simple dessert made, in it's simplest form, of cream, milk and sugar.

This page explores all the recipes I've tried.  My trial and error process through countless ice cream recipes has been frustrating at times, but always delicious.  Even a "bad" batch of ice cream is a sweet treat that I can't turn down.
